Jessica D. Maine-Jackson serves as Managing Director of Strategy & Operations at Good Coworking, where she oversees the strategy and implementation of member experience, partnerships, facilities, and the day-to-day operations that keep the space running. A former educator turned operations executive with more than 15 years of experience, Jessica leads through relationships and trust, pairing operational excellence with genuine care for the people and organizations that call Good Coworking home. Beyond Good Coworking, Jessica runs her own human-first operations consulting practice and has holds various leadership roles across a range of service and humanitarian organizations, work that reflects the same people-first commitment she brings to the space.

Tyler Riley is Good Coworking's Member Experience & Operations Catalyst, and usually the first friendly face members and guests meet. From hospitality and room reservations to member engagement, she leads the day-to-day experience that makes the space feel like home, and curates community programming like the "Built Here" Member Showcase. She also produces the monthly "Good Times" newsletter and keeps everything running smoothly for members, guests, and building partners alike.
